Natural Factors PGX stands for Polyglycoplex – a unique combination of water-soluble polysaccharides (plant fibers) that can help you change your life. Used before or during meals, PGX increases its weight in water in the digestive system. This helps you reduce food portions and feel full. Taking PGX with food slows the absorption of carbohydrates, which means that glucose is released into the bloodstream gradually, which helps maintain balanced blood sugar levels and reduce appetite.

When starting the PGX program or any other weight loss program, it is important to remember that in order to lose weight, your body needs to burn more calories than it consumes. Exercise increases the number of calories burned in a day, which helps with weight loss.
