The premium FibreSense™ WomenSense® product contains partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG). This is an all-natural, water-soluble, non-digestible dietary fiber extracted from the seeds of the guar plant. FibreSense™ WomenSense® is an unflavored, FODMAP-free, easily soluble powder. Method of administration:
For IBS, diarrhea: dissolve 1 measuring spoon (5 g) in 250 ml of water 1-2 times daily.
For constipation or glycemic index: 1-2 scoops (5-10 g) in 250 ml of water once daily.
For children over 8 years of age: For IBS, diarrhea: 1 measuring spoon (5 g) in 250 ml of water once a day.
