Fiber Delights contains a patented blend of inulin and oat bran that helps improve the digestive system, the body's natural detoxification, weight loss and the fight against excess weight.
Inulins are soluble fibers. In the product Fiber Delights they are extracted from chicory root and they “feed” the beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract, i.e. probiotics. In this way, the intestinal microbiome is improved.
Oat bran contains beta-glucans, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, thiamine and numerous antioxidants. They contribute to the optimal functioning of the cardiovascular system, improve digestion and normalize blood sugar levels.
