Holland & Barrett Black Garlic is odorless and does not cause unpleasant garlic burping. Black garlic is obtained after a month-long fermentation process under strictly controlled heat and humidity of white garlic. It has no odor and is exceptionally rich in amino acids and has twice as many antioxidants as white garlic. The antioxidants are not only more, but they are also far more resistant than those in white garlic - i.e. they work for a longer time. Black fermented garlic contains a specific compound called S-allylcysteine (SAC) in very high concentrations compared to white garlic, which is soluble in water and thus easily absorbed into the body. S-allylcysteine has been shown to increase the absorption of allicin, and is also very well tolerated by the digestive system and does not irritate the stomach. Fermented garlic is extremely rich in prebiotics, the sugars are converted into lactic acid, and it is a real balm for the gastrointestinal flora, helping to fight mainly bacteria and the infections they cause. Hydrogen peroxide is formed in black garlic. It is also normally produced in the body - by neutrophils, a subtype of leukocytes. A pure chemical compound of hydrogen and oxygen, it is a powerful disinfectant, an element of the immune system. With fermented garlic we get an additional amount of it.
Instructions for use:
Take 1 (one) capsule daily, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

(Allium sativum L.)(bulb) (10:1 extract, equivalent to 6000mg black garlic)(standardized to contain 0.1% S-Allyl-Cysteine)
