We worked on the product content to create delicious and protein-rich pancakes. Our goal was to create a healthy food, a true culinary pleasure and thus our vegan pancake was born!

→ instead of milk we used coconut milk powder, so the product is 100% lactose-free
→ we leave out all ingredients of animal origin, so the product is also suitable for vegans
→ instead of sugar we used sweeteners to make it sugar-free
→ we improved the protein content with added pea protein isolate

Method of preparation:

Mix 2 scoops (50g) of vegan protein powder for pancakes with 100ml of skimmed milk or water in a bowl until combined. Add half a tablespoon of oil to the pan and cook the pancakes until golden brown.

Also try American-style pancakes with this mixing ratio: 100 g of protein powder with 100 ml of skim milk or water.
