One of the main functions of this type of bacteria in humans is to digest fiber and other complex carbohydrates that the body cannot digest on its own. Bifidobacteria also help prevent infections.
The economical package is enough for 1 month (30 days) when taking 1 chewable tablet with a pleasant strawberry flavor 1-2 times a day. Increase your water intake if you are taking prebiotics.
