Each tablet contains 1100 milligrams of l-isoleucine, l-valine and l-leucine.
Branched-chain amino acids are exogenous substances, meaning they are not synthesized in the body and must be supplied through food. They make up 35-40% of muscle protein and are of particular importance as they provide energy and, at the same time, protect muscles from breakdown.
