Jarrow Formulas® MK-7 is made by fermentation of Bacillus subtilus Natto. MK-7 (Menaquinone-7) is a bioactive form of vitamin K2 found naturally in Natto, a traditional Japanese fermented food. MK-7 is absorbed ten times better than K1 from spinach and is responsible for carboxylating specific bone proteins needed for bone formation.
Recommended intake: 1 softgel daily or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
NOTE: If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, are under the age of 18, or are taking medication (especially anticoagulants [e.g., Warfarin/Coumadin]), consult your healthcare professional before using this product.
