L-CARNITINE + GREEN TEA is a product that contains liquid L-carnitine and green tea extract in gel capsules.
The recommended daily dose is 4 capsules.

A single serving of the product is washed down with approximately 300 ml of water.
On training days:
4 capsules 30 minutes before training.
On non-training days:
twice a day, 2 capsules each time, preferably 30 minutes before meals.
WARNINGS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take the product. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Tartrazine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
