Jarrow Formulas® Borage Oil is a high-quality product made from cold-pressed, stabilized, and hexane-free Borage seed oil (Borago Officinalis) .
Borage oil is the richest source of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). GLA is an extremely important omega-6 fatty acid needed for the production of beneficial prostaglandins (hormone-like compounds) that play an important role in promoting immune regulation.
Recommendations for use

Recommended intake: 1 softgel 1-2 times daily with meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
