LevroLegendary Mass contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function (muscle contractions) after extremely intense and/or prolonged physical exertion leading to muscle fatigue and glycogen depletion in skeletal muscles. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and should therefore be an essential nutritional ingredient for any serious athlete.
Studies show that consuming protein in combination with maltodextrin will dramatically improve the absorption of protein in the body, which contributes to greater effectiveness of the product as well as maximum muscle mass gains.
Method of use: 2 scoops – in the morning, after waking up, and 2 scoops immediately after training!
On non-training days, you can take 2 scoops – in the morning, after waking up, and for maximum effect, another 2 scoops after lunch.
