QH (ubiquinol) is the reduced form of coenzyme Q10 , produced by our cells (an active antioxidant), tested for over a decade by scientists and researchers.

QH is absorbed significantly better than ubiquinone, meaning that optimal Co-Q10 levels can be restored quickly and effectively, especially in those over 40 or affected by certain age-related conditions. The body's ability to produce Co-Q10 declines with age, as does the ability to convert it to ubiquinol.
