combines herbs and amino acids that work together to stimulate all three phases of sleep. From promoting relaxation, making it easier to fall asleep, and ensuring a regular sleep cycle.

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) , lemon balm, and L-tryptophan (such as TryptoPure®) promote relaxation. The combination of valerian and hops has been scientifically validated to reduce latency (the delay before falling asleep). Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland that controls the biological clock and signals for falling asleep.

USED ​​GABA – Mass-marketed synthetic GABA ingredients are potentially unsafe because they are made from a variety of toxic chemicals, including but not limited to: succinimide, fuming nitric acid, N-(β-bromoethyl) phthalimide, etc. In contrast to most manufacturers , Jarrow uses clinically tested and well-studied for safety PharmaGABA , which is a natural form of GABA produced through a fermentation process using Lactobacillus bacteria – the same type of bacteria used in the fermentation of vegetables, cheese, wine, and other traditional foods.

Recommended dosage: 2 capsules, 20-30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
