Bromelain may promote the body's healthy inflammatory response by stimulating the production of "active peptides" that increase levels of anti-inflammatory prostaglandins (PGs) . Recommended dosage: 1 tablet 1 or 2 times daily, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
