The PH + product by Dary Natury is a herbal drink based on organic ingredients, a product of organic farming. It is an aqueous extract of a mixture of herbs (rosehip, raspberry leaves, nettle, lemon verbena, sage, lemongrass), quince juice and a little honey for sweetening. The juice is a healthy substitute for standard soft drinks, supplying the body with many beneficial substances.
What do the main ingredients of the EKO drink PH + contain and how do they work?
• Quince
Quince contains tannins (natural phenolic compounds that give the fruit an astringent and tart taste) and coarse dietary fiber, which contribute to the natural cleansing of the intestinal walls and stimulate peristalsis. The fruits of the fruit are rich in pectins - a natural sorbent, which is also very important for the proper functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. Due to the high content of calcium, potassium, iodine, selenium, fluorine, magnesium, zinc, sodium, phosphorus and chromium, quince is of great benefit to the body. The significant amount of vitamin C in quince stimulates the absorption of iron in the blood, which is necessary to maintain a normal level of hemoglobin. Quince is also rich in vitamins A, B, B1, B2, B3, B4, B6, B8, B9, B12, B15, D, E, F, H, H1, K, P, PP. It is an anti-inflammatory agent. This fruit promotes natural fat burning, and its low calorie content prevents unwanted weight gain.
• Raspberry
Raspberries are incredibly rich in vitamins B, C, A, silicon, molybdenum, magnesium, manganese, calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, chromium and zinc. Their antioxidant effect is also due to the large amount of flavonoids, phenols, anthocyanins, carotenoids.
They normalize metabolism, have a diuretic and mild laxative effect. Raspberry leaves have an anti-inflammatory effect, improve sweating and are very effective for flu and colds.
• Nettle
Nettle contains a large amount of B vitamins. The microelements in the plant are manganese, zinc, iron, copper and selenium. The macroelements are represented by chlorine, magnesium, calcium, potassium and phosphorus. Nettle is high in flavonoids, which have anti-inflammatory properties. It helps reduce and relieve pain. It can positively affect the functioning of the digestive system, reduce inflammation and symptoms of some diseases. The content of vitamin C and other antioxidants helps strengthen the immune system.
• Rose
Rose has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and soothing properties. It is used for heart diseases, as it helps strengthen the heart muscle. Due to the rich content of ascorbic acid and other vitamins, rose is useful against viral diseases and colds. It improves the functioning of the digestive system and has a mild laxative effect.
• Sage
Sage's antioxidants neutralize free radicals and protect the body from oxidative stress, chronic diseases, and inflammation. The herb's vitamin K helps improve memory and information processing. Sage may help lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in people with type 2 diabetes.
• Lemon verbena
