Dary Natury's product is a high-quality cold-pressed oil from organic milk thistle seeds. With its rich content of silymarin, the oil strengthens the walls of blood vessels, regulates blood clotting, protects blood vessels from various inflammations and supports the work of the heart. Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is a plant from the Asteraceae family, which is effective for many health problems. The raw material for the oil is from organic farming. The recommended daily dose is 24 ml of oil (3 tablespoons), taken once or in parts, preferably during meals. The oil can be added to salads and sauces. In folk medicine, this oil has long been used for stomach ulcers, duodenal ulcers and colon ulcers, cirrhosis of the liver, fatty liver, catarrh of the bile ducts, cholelithiasis, after jaundice. Composition and action of milk thistle:
The active ingredients of the herb are silymarin, silibinin, vitamins D, K, E, group B, provitamin A, chlorophyll, zinc, tselenium, magnesium and manganese compounds. It contains the natural substance silymarin - a mixture of glycosides (silibinin, silidianin, silichristin), which helps the liver perform its detoxification function. It has a cleansing, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. Vitamin D helps the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and strengthens the immune system. Vitamin K regulates blood coagulation and bone mineralization. Vitamin E slows down the aging process of cells and improves their nutrition. Provitamin A is important for vision and tissue renewal.
