Our new Berberine Complex contains cinnamon, gymnema and fenugreek to provide effective support for maintaining healthy glucose metabolism.
Our balanced blend starts with berberine, an active alkaloid found in a number of traditional herbs. In our product, we have used pure berberine from the Indian plant Berberis aristata. We have also included Ceylon cinnamon, which is the only type of cinnamon that has been proven to help maintain blood sugar levels. There are other types of cinnamon, but don't trust them! Finally, we have added fenugreek seeds and Gymnema sylvestre leaves - two herbs used since ancient times in Ayurveda for metabolic support. With every ingredient, our formula ensures that you get comprehensive support to help keep your blood sugar levels in the normal range.

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule three times daily with food and water.
