Description

Zinc orotate is a highly bioavailable mineral salt that combines elemental zinc with a heterocyclic compound known as orotic acid. The use of orotic acid as a mineral transporter was discovered by renowned German orthomolecular physician Dr. Hans Nipper. He discovered a way to improve the absorption of additional minerals into body tissues. The fact that orotic acid is a substance naturally produced in the body makes it an exceptional mineral transporter that can easily penetrate cell membranes and increase its concentration in tissues.

Other ingredients: Rice bran extract, Hypromellose (vegetable capsule)

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take one capsule one to two times daily with food and water.

WARNING: Taking zinc on an empty stomach may cause stomach upset in some people.

One dose: 1 capsule

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule
